I am very sorry to have just heard of Brian's passing.I came to know him, his wife and daughter through French language lessons as he strived to adapt to Montreal's bilingual culture. It is sure that he was a great family man, loving husband and father and he will be sadly missed. May his memory live on and may he rest in peace.

I met Brian through the Ronald McDonald House Board in Newfoundland and Labrador. Brian was a beautiful person that loved to challenge us all to be the best possible versions of ourselves. It was a true pleasure to know him and I'm a better leader because of him. My heart is with his family at this most difficult time.

Deeply saddened to hear this news. Brian was my host brother - he lived with my family in my village in Kyrgyzstan as a Peace Corps volunteer. Though his service was cut short and he had to evacuate after 9/11, the time we shared with him left a lasting imprint on our hearts. My family remembers his laughter filling our home, his endless curiosity about our culture, and his genuine care for the people around him. Even after all these years, we still talk about him with love and gratitude. Rest in peace, dear Brian baike — you will always be a part of our story.

It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of my former colleague, Brian White. I have only fond memories of our time working together in the Montreal office. I used to call him "Mr. White", joking about the TV show Breaking Bad. In return, since we were often the last to leave, he called me the "Golden Key Holder", the one responsible for locking up the office after he left. Brian was a great colleague: serious when it mattered, yet always with a relaxed and friendly spirit. He will be deeply missed.

Brian was an extraordinary professional and the kindest soul I met at Rio Tinto. An example of resilience, always at the office until the very end. Sincere condolences to his family.
