Brian Scott Bellows, age 61, passed away on the morning of Wednesday, August 7, 2019 in his home in Citrus Heights, California. Brian was born on September 14, 1957 in St. Paul Minnesota to Francis and Joyce Bellows. The Bellows moved to California in 1962. A 1975 graduate of Del Campo High School, Brian made many lifelong friends who shared the same tenacity for life that he did. Brian then began his career in the …
