I was lucky to meet Brendan back in 2022 when he came to Tulum with a couple of friends. We exchanged numbers and had been in touch since then.
We would usually talk about our travels, about Tulum and the music festivals, and the idea of meeting again…
I’ll always remember his good vibe, those bright bluish green eyes, his beautiful smile, and of course, the silver hair.
My condolences to his family, hope they all find resilience and peace.
Rest easy, Brendan 🤍🌊

I was saddened by the news of Brendan’s passing. We were good childhood friends growing up. Skateboarding and biking or hanging at my folks store. He had so much talent and so much passion in all that he did; it won’t be forgotten. Rest easy my friend. My condolences to the family of Brendan.

The Pascales were my neighbors since I was born and Brendan was one of the first friends I ever had. My favorite memory is watching Beavis and Butthead with him and Jonathan. Rest in Paradise Brendan, I'll never forget you!

Not sure where to start about Brendan, so maybe from the beginning. The fairytale of us began as coworkers. I was driving home from work and I saw Brendan skateboarding home. I offered him a ride home and from there on we got to know each other. I realized we shared the same thoughts on everything - health, mindset, values, philosophy. We talked about it all the time. We could laugh all day at jokes no one else understood. Brendan quickly became someone I cherished in my life.
We did a lot together - parks, movies, hikes, the gym, sports, snowboarding, traveling, concerts, birthdays. And ate so many steaks where we talked for hours about life. Brendan was like a big brother to me who always had wisdom to share.
He cared a lot about people, especially his family. He shared funny stories about his friends and some about his dad's accomplishments. He was excited to be an uncle. And always rooting for the people in his life. Any accomplishment someone made he was truly happy for them. He was a genuine good soul.
We independently had many plans for our career goals but our end goal was a shared one. We both wanted families. A wife and “kiddos”. And most importantly live on sunny farm with our families, living simply, growing our own food. It was our dream.
I hope he’s living in the community we always dreamed of, and I hope he’s raising the cattle the right way.
Until we meet again Brendan, your joy for life and compassion for others will live on.

Our little birthday celebration. I just got back from Hawaii that day and was thrilled to see my main guy in Sacramento. We celebrated a few birthdays together this one was one of my favorites. It was like seeing a friend you hadn’t seen in years although it was only a week.

Brendan. I don’t even know where to start. You had the purest soul and we connected instantly. Someone who just understood my humor and could keep up until we ran the joke out the door. You could drive people insane with your optimism and fun facts but it’s something we shared and will always be part of me. Finding the good in everything, you taught me to live everyday with an open mind and my head held high. You were there when I first learned how to bartend and seeing you light up at the chance to experiment and teach me what you knew was incredible. I remember making a joke that he had highlights and he looked at me and said “frosted tips??? This is GREY I’m a silver fox baby!!” He was a sponge for knowledge and a fiend for laughter. We took this picture when he won second place at the ugly Christmas sweater contest. I’ll never forget how much he dogged me for wearing “the dopest sweater” and not the ugliest. I miss you so much already B. I’ll see you in the stars and sunsets, til we meet again, rest easy🕊️❤️

Brendan or “B” as I would call him was an amazing friend. He was always there to make me smile and laugh. He always had an interesting story or knowledgeable information to share, one of the smartest guys I’ve ever met. I am so incredibly sad and sorry that we will not be able to share anymore amazing times and create more memories in this lifetime. B, you were a bright light in my life and so many others. Thank you for being a true friend. I am so lucky to have known you.
