Background
Our family is devastated at the loss of Mom (Brenda Dunnam), she went so quickly, we had no warning. Death tried to take two lives from our family this month, doctors called us all into the hospital after first daughter Sheri had surgery for diverticulitis that became infectious which almost killed her. Brenda stayed by her side constantly encouraging her not to give up. Brenda took Sheri home to help her get fully well, Brenda fell the following morning and was then rushed to the Emergency Room. No one in the family knew that Brenda ignored her health and had so many problems. She kept it all to herself. In the ER, her blood pressure stayed in an extremely low range. They found Brenda had sepsis, pneumonia, and COPD. Doctors immediately put Brenda on life support. Her last words to her daughter, Christal were, “I’m so tired, remember that I love you.” Brenda died the next day.
What a shock! Medical bills and funeral costs are so very expensive. No life insurance, no savings. We all work so hard to pay our daily bills just to live. Please support this fund-raising effort. The family needs as much help as possible to pay these bills.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home 4143 Dale Boulevard Dale City, VA 22193. Followed by a Celebration of Life at 4:30 PM.
She will be buried at Dayton Cemetery in Dayton, Virginia, on March 23rd at 2 PM, with graveside service. Contribute
