With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our mother, Brandy Michelle Morris, age 46, on April 5, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Born in Ellsworth, South Dakota, Brandy spent much of her life in New Mexico and cherished her time in Lake Tahoe, California. During the most meaningful years of her life, she devoted herself to being a loving and dedicated mother while building a successful career in hospitality and event planning. Her faith in God remained an important part of her life.

Brandy was known for her vibrant spirit and adventurous nature. She was always smiling, even in hard times. She had a deep love for rock and roll music, was inspired by the 90s and early 2000s, and found joy in the outdoors and in nature, including golfing, hiking and camping. She loved the colors black and hot pink. Her favorite flowers were daisies and sunflowers. She was artistic and creative, expressing herself through writing, drawing, and journaling—often creating keepsakes for her children. She had a playful sense of humor, loved a good prank, and embraced life with a childlike sense of wonder. Her love for her siblings was unwavering, and her children were truly the center of her world. Brandy spoke the word of God into her children and cared for them deeply. She found so much joy in being present for her children.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tanya Morris. She is survived by her daughter, Jah’nessa Morris and grandson Braxton; daughter Courtney Montoya; son Aiden Lujan; former stepchildren Brianna Lujan and Isaac Lujan; and her sister, Leann Lopez.

Her children welcome donations through Ever Loved for her youngest child to use as an education fund as he soon begins his adult life. Please also consider donating in Brandy Michelle Morris’ name to your local women and children’s shelters, homelessness resources, foster-care or underprivileged children.
