It’s hard to believe that it’s been two years. I still look out my front door expecting you to come up making a funny face at me with your contagious grin and warped sense of humor. I will never ever hear “do do” without laughing with you. I still hear your laughter and see your playfulness. We’re taking care of Momo for you. She is a testament of your unconditional love. I try each day to live up to your expectations of me. I try to “sprinkle fairy dust everywhere I go” and make our little corner of the world a better place to be. You will always be in my heart and in my thoughts. You have inspired me. I miss you Brandon.
Brandon listened. He listened without judgment, and was always teaching others something new, building them up, or making them laugh. I’ve never met anyone like him.
I wish I had a memory to share of Brandon on this special day..his 29th birthday. I know Cynthia raised a good man and was loved by many. Today will be the most special birthday of all....He is celebrating with Jesus. Happy Birthday Brandon...save us a seat!!💝
Brandon was my second son born from my precious sister Cindy. Brandon’s life was exuberant. An exciting and exhilarating roller coaster ride of highs and lows. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. Every good and bright thing that Brandon was is now amplified and felt everyday. - Aunt Teresa
The midnight coffee club was Brandon’s idea. That’s how we started talking shooting the shit. He was a good guy. He showed me how to cut the grass and now that’s my job at Candlerock. He showed me when I missed spots. I miss him. - Dudley Taylor
I looked at Brandon more as a brother more than anything. One time I picked him up from Chanute and was bringing him back to Fredonia and he told me I was one person he could always count on. That’s true. I probably bought him 500 gallons of chocolate milk over the time that I knew him. When he moved to town, he asked me to take care of his best buddy “MoMo.” I always felt like we shared custody. Haha. So many things made him my brother- Michael Kearns
Brandon loved my pancakes! He tried to never miss a Sunday breakfast because we always have pancakes. He called them “old man pancakes. He showed me how to make Poormans pancakes out of toasted bread, peanut butter, and sugar. - Jeff Noteboom
Brandon was a good teacher. He showed me how to keep my room clean. Because of Brandon I help with the maintenance at Candlerock now. After Brandon moved out, I got to move into his room. I miss him every time I go in there. - Justin Holler
Brandon had a friendly personality. He helped me a lot. When I first got here, I didn’t have any friends and Brandon played basketball with me. - Devin Boyer
I remember Brandon for all the funny things he did at Candlerock. You would never know when he would come “whooping” down the halls. Laughing like crazy. - Daniel Stull
