I was very sad to hear of Brandonā€™s passing. I do know that he made peace with the fact that he was going to die. He was the most ambitious person Iā€™ve known thus far. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family.

Brandon had an air of confidence like no one Iā€™ve known and was ridiculously charming when he wanted to be . He invited me to brunch at The Smith by the bar and brought his beautiful big dog Ā Romeo with us. I told him thereā€™s no way they will let us in with Romeo and he said watch, just follow me. Not only did we get in but before I knew it people were surrounding us to talk about Romeo, what kind of dog is he, how did you find himā€¦ Brandon was very social and especially enjoyed talking to well to do, well educated people so, of course we met a couple who we ended up talking to for at least a half an hour! We had a great time despite the less than fabulous food.
