Brandon's obituary

Brandon Curtis Koehler, Beloved father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, teacher, and friend, left a huge void in our lives when he passed away on February 24, 2024. He can now explore those galaxies far, far away.

Brandon was born on April 1, 1981, to Curtis and Karen Koehler.

Brandon graduated from Benjamin Franklin Academy in 1998.

Brandon started teaching at New Horizon Academy in 2009. He was a dedicated teacher and great friend and mentor to the students, who all loved him. His numerous stories, jokes and sense of humor will always be fondly remembered.

Brandon’s greatest accomplishment in life was his beautiful, talented daughter, Sarrana. She was his whole world and he was hers.

Brandon is survived by his daughter, Sarrana (Dylan); his mother, Karen; his brother, Cody (Cherise); his sister, Kimberlee; his niece, Tylee; nephews, Daxton and Derek; Mother-in-law, Candy; and numerous aunts, uncles,cousins, nieces, nephews, students, and all of his friends. His father, Curtis, proceed him in death.

Brandon didn’t want tears, just happy memories of him to share.

A Celebration of His Life will be held on March 9th at 880 W. 575 S. Cottonwood Grove II in Brigham City, from 3 to 7 pm.

Please come and remember his humor and good spirit.
