He and I spent 5 years together. But even after we broke up and he found someone else, he was always my soulmates. He would send me money all the time without his new rebound chick knowing. Regardless of how happy he told her he was, he always made a point to message me multiple times a week to tell me how unhappy he was and how much he wished he was sitting beside me. He was the only man to never give up on our love. It was me that walked away. But I didn't come home this time and he was killed because of the crazy junkie he tried to replace me with. I'm so sorry Brandon. I should have never left you. He might still be alive had I came home. I love you, I will always have you in my heart, and I'll see you and granny on the other side. Until then, you are always in my heart and no one can replace the part of my heart you have taken

I never gave him the respect that he deserved. He was such a good father to all three of us and I want him and everyone to know how much I love him and will never forget the love he showed me.

Brandon was once married to my daughter Kristi. When their marriage ended his and my friendship remained strong. Just days before his untimely death I got a letter from him the last words said I love you Mama Jean
I will always be grateful he was in my life and gave “me a forever gift of granddaughters Autumn and Kelsey and he really loved their sister Haven Burris as his own .

I love you Brandon, always have , always will. Mama Jean

He was a smart and caring man. He loved his kids and family from the bottom of his heart.
