Miguel Angel Cruz Vazquez was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on December 16, 1945 to Saturnia Vazquez and Pablo Cruz. At a very young age Miguel and his mother moved to the Bronx, New York.
Miguel Cruz attended and completed his high school education in New York. After graduating high school Miguel obtained skills doing building maintenance work. With these skills Miguel was able to obtain a job working as a superintendent in many buildings …
