Miguel's obituary
Miguel Angel Cruz Vazquez was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on December 16, 1945 to Saturnia Vazquez and Pablo Cruz. At a very young age Miguel and his mother moved to the Bronx, New York.
Miguel Cruz attended and completed his high school education in New York. After graduating high school Miguel obtained skills doing building maintenance work. With these skills Miguel was able to obtain a job working as a superintendent in many buildings throughout the Bronx.
On December 27, 1969, Miguel got married to his love Olga Vazquez. As a devoted and loving husband, Miguel cherished his wife. During the final days of Olga’s life, Miguel made sure to take good care, helping her with whatever she needed.
On February 12, 1978 Miguel made the greatest commitment in his life, when he symbolized through water baptism, his dedication to Jehovah God. Thereafter, alongside his wife, Miguel spent a lot of his time teaching others about the Bible.
Throughout his free time Miguel loved to fish, it was his favorite hobby. To all who knew Miguel, they knew that he was known for being humorous, very hospitable, and generous. Miguel and his wife loved to entertain guests in their home.
Miguel passed away on June 10, 2021, he is preceded in death by his wife, Olga Cruz; his father, Pablo Cruz; his mother, Saturnia Vazquez, and his sister, Ana Cruz-Vazquez. He is survived by his nephew Andres Rocha Jr, and a host of spiritual family and friends.
