Brandon E carter, 24, of canton North Carolina dies unexpectedly on May 4th, 2020. Brandon was born April 26 ,1996 in Elizabeth city , North Carolina. Brandon was known as the “jokester”. There was never a dull moment he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and raisin cain. Brandon was loved by so many people. Due to this unexpected moment and the financial burden. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
