Brandon's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brandon D. Brooks on June 10, 2025, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He is survived by his wife, Celina; son, Calvin; sister Angela; mother, Erma; father, Donald; as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Brandon will be remembered for his sense of humor, contagious laugh, and huge heart. He had a gift for lifting spirits and guiding others with a kind word and a warm smile. His presence made a difference in every life he touched. He was a loving father to a bright young boy, loyal husband and friend.

What we will miss most is Brandon’s ability to make others feel truly heard, seen, and supported—no matter how busy life became. He was the kind of person who showed up when it mattered most, listened without judgment, laughed freely, and loved unconditionally.

Losing Brandon leaves a space that no one can fill. Yet his spirit lives on in the stories we share, the habits he passed along, the jokes that still bring laughter, and the quiet moments when we feel him near.

Thank you, Brandon, for your love and the memories you gave us. You were deeply loved—and always will be.

A celebration of Brandon’s life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Heart of the World Church, 1605 S. Valley Dr., Las Cruces, New Mexico.
