2018, Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico
Annual trip to Cabo. We decide to go to the seafoodBuffett at the hotel. So we’re walking around looking at everything and Brandon goes up to the guy in the grill and asks what kind of fish he was making. So he responded in full-on Spanish, and Brandon nods and smiles (with zero Idea what the guy said) About 10 min later he comes over to our table with a whole fish for Brandon. When I say whole- I mean the skin, eyes, tail. ALL of it. Brandon’s face says it all. “How can I look like I’m enjoying this”. As the chef was watching to see if he liked it. 🤦🏼‍♀️💕 that’s my babe.

Brandon was always making his friends laugh. In the beginning of fifth grade, he brought “fart spray” to school. He sprayed it in the classroom and boy, did it smell.  The class was hysterical.   The teacher was pissed.  He finally had to confess to the teacher that it was his, so the other kids wouldn’t get in trouble. The teacher confiscated the spray and told him he’d get it back at the end of the school year. Fast forward to the last day of school,  when I went with him to say goodbye to the teacher and give her a thank you gift. He kissed his teacher goodbye and proudly asked if she’d give him the fart spray back.   After all it was the end of the year.  Surprisingly she dug into the depths of her drawer and lo and behold, pulled out the spray.  I was mortified.  As we left the room, Brandon shot off the spray.  I never ran so fast in my life, dragging him behind. I planned a stern lecture for when we got to the car but I was laughing too hard.  End of story. Gotta love him!
