Branden's obituary
With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of Branden Major on March 13, 2023. Born on April 22, 1988, in New Orleans, Louisiana to a close-knit family, Branden was a devoted brother and loving uncle who brought joy and warmth to those who knew him. He is survived by his sister, Monique Moore, who will cherish his memory and preserve the deep bond they shared.
As a high school graduate with an impressive double accomplishment, Branden proudly completed his secondary education at both John Ehret High School in Marrero, Louisiana, and Spring High School in Spring, Texas in 2006. He carried the friendships and life lessons acquired during these formative years into his adult life.
Branden dedicated himself to the retail profession, where he touched the lives of countless customers and colleagues with his quiet, gentle demeanor. He took pride in his work, consistently striving for excellence in his chosen field.
A deeply private and introspective individual, Branden's love for writing allowed him to explore his inner world and express his thoughts and feelings on paper. He also found solace in listening to music, which served as a soundtrack to his life and provided him with inspiration for his writing.
Among his other hobbies, Branden was especially devoted to his family, taking great pleasure in spoiling his son, niece, and nephews. He was a quiet and self-contained man who seemed to draw strength from his snacks, which accompanied him wherever he went.
Branden Major's life was characterized by his dedication to his family, his love of writing and music, and the quiet strength he displayed in the face of adversity. We will remember him for his genuine kindness, loyalty, and the ever-present snacks in his hand. His memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
