Dear McKinney Family,

We fondly remember our time with you all while neighbors in Panama City, FL.  May Brad rest in peace.

I proctored his class at EOD School in Indian Head, MD circa 90/91.  CAPT (then LTJG) McKiney was a fine man, a great Officer,  good leader, and a genuinely kind person.  I always held the upmost respect for Brad and thought of him as a friend.  RIP my friend and EOD Brother, you will be missed.

I was proud to have known Brad, for the many years he was married to my daughter Tonya.  I, truly enjoyed the many times I was able to visit them at Brad’s military post.  I was proud of Brad and his dedication to the Navy, and the many sacrifices he and those under his command made.  He served his country well.  I will always be proud  you were a part of our family, and you left me with two wonderful grandchildren, Alex and Lauren.  Thank you for your service to our country.  My condolences to the rest of Brad’s family.
