Bradley's obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of EO1 Bradley R. Graybill announces his passing on August 11, 2023. In San Antonio TX. Born on May 16, 1953, Bradley led a life full of love, accomplishment, and service to his country.
Bradley was predeceased by his wife, Janice Graybill, whom he married in 1976, and passed on March 15, 2023. As well as his father, Byron Graybill. He is survived by his mother, JoAnn (Don) Dondelinger, and his siblings: sister Ginny (Steve) Cavanaugh, brother Tim (Jeanne Saunders) Graybill, and sister Kim Healis.
Bradley was a proud father to his children, Anthony (Jennifer) Graybill, and Cory (Kara) Graybill, Jennifer (Jose) Valdez, and a doting grandfather to Nicholas, Taylor, Jacob, Nathan, and Ben Graybill, Conner, and Mackenzie Valdez.
Bradley graduated from Hempstead High School in 1971, before embarking on a 33 year career in the United States Navy Reserves, as a heavy equipment operator in the Seabees, spanning from Vietnam, Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi freedom, finally retiring in 2005. On the open roads, Bradley had another calling, driving for several trucking companies throughout the years and winning several trucking championships, which he counted amongst his greatest accomplishments.
The family invites you to join them in a memorial service for Bradley on November 3, 2023, at 2:15 PM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. With Reception to follow. Services will also include a honorable memory for his wife Janice Graybill.
They ask that you remember Bradley as they do: a loving and devoted family man, a patriot, and a champion of the open road.
