Bobby Gene Whiteley
Born Feb 2, 1937 in Wichita Falls to Clarence Denver & Gladys Whiteley. Lived here most of his life = never gone for long.
He met Judy Pettett in 1958, officially making her a Texan when they married 1959. They welcomed a son, Bobby, in 1960, and a daughter, Mary in 1964.
Bob worked for the City of Wichita Falls for 35 years, retiring as a supervisor for the Parks & Recreation …
