Jacob turning to Uncle Bob to…
2019
Jacob turning to Uncle Bob to say she said YES
Jessica Nix
2019, Fernandina Beach, FL, USA

I will always have a smile on my face when looking at our proposal photos. Not just because of how special the moment was for Jacob and I, but also because every moment was captured by Uncle Bob❤️ he selflessly got up at 6:30 in the morning to place himself down the beach to capture the moment. I loved getting to walk down and find him right after, and him being the first person we hugged as a newly engaged couple. I will cherish them forever because of him.

I wish with all my heart I could have known him longer, but I will always be grateful for the almost 8 years I have been in this family and have gotten to know him. His generosity and love for Jacob and I is something we are forever thankful for❤️

Our love and sympathy go out to each family member.  Bob was always fun to be around - positive, caring, sharing!  He will truly be missed here on earth.

❤️🙏🏻Paul and Jan

I have such clear memories of seeing Bob’s face light up as he recalled Jessie and Daniel’s work sharing the love of Jesus to the deaf in developing countries. He was so incredibly proud and humble.
Will miss his wonderful, warm smile. And, his long legged stride across the gym floor on wed.evenings at First Baptist dinner.
Mr. Bob you are the true example of a Good and Faithful Servant. Your smile lit up any room you entered. You were 'in the trenches' with us at FBCA getting things done for God's glory. I thank you for all your dedication to our school, and for just being who God called you to be.  I hold you in my heart with the most highest regards and admiration.

Absolutely Heartbreaking to hear this news. Bob was a wonderful, incredible man friend and member of The Sanctuary community. He will be greatly missed and will never, ever be forgotten .

Regina and Jess. Thank you so much for keeping us all posted with Bob's progression. It was extremely kind of you to allow us to be apart of this beautiful life .

We love you.

Bob always had a seat at his table for me on Wednesday night Bible study. And we will share a table again one day. I’m so thankful for knowing you and for your family’s fingerprints on my return to Jesus. Thank you, for all you have done in your family and community. Amelia Island and beyond misses you deeply.
We will always remember Bob for his humble, strong presence and love for Jessie, Regina and God.  Your family is special to us and we grieve this loss with you.
You are in my thoughts and prayers as you mourn the death of your Dad here on earth. May your memories bring you comfort, much joy, and peace.
Mr Bob was one of the kindest people we knew. He was a beautiful example of love and godly character. We send loads of love to Ms Regina, Jessi and Daniel at this time of unimaginable loss!
I am so thankful that God brought Mr. Bob into my life. What a gift! So kind and selfless. Such a blessing to FBCA. I know you will miss him so much, but praising the Lord with you that this is not the end.
Heartfelt condolences to your family during this difficult time. May you find comfort in the memories you shared and in the love and support of those around you.
Regina & Jessie, please accept my deepest condolences for the passing of Bob. He was one of the happiest & friendliest people I have ever known and he will be sincerely missed.
