Sending love and hugs to the whole family.  He had such a kind heart and I know he was loved so much .

Love u all.    Karyl Arrington  ( cousin) Denton Tx

Im so sorry to hear about my buddy, Bobby. We worked together at VISD for many years, Bobby was an extremely "hard worker", first one on the job and last one to leave, he was very quiet, mild, peaceable and private, but if you got to know him personally, he had a great sense of humor, we teased and  joked with each other regularly. We also enjoyed talking about life and our loving Creator. Bobby left a great reputation with the Maintenance department for his great work ethics, even those that didn't know him personally from the facilities he worked on, we knew exactly whom they described was there by looking at the work done. We really appreciate through the years working with a great example of a good man.
My thoughts are with you., and my Love. Kim

Janie, Lisa, Eli and family; some of you might not remember or know that Bobby was my first cousin. You might remember or knew my late oldest sister Mary Lou Arguelles. She used to live in Mission Valley, on Crestview Drive, which is down the street where Bobby lived. Eli and Lisa when you were both little you used to visit my sister.  Our father, Julian Valdez was Lucy’s half brother. Mama Chella was our grandmother and my dad’s mother. The first time I, as a 10-year old in 1957 recall hearing of Bobby was via a letter our Aunt Lucy sent, while in Del Rio, announcing that she had had a baby boy! No one, not even her mother knew our aunt was even pregnant!! It was a surprise to the entire family. Our grandmother was so happy and excited with the news of a new grandson! She loved Bobby and his sisters deeply. I also recall the many trips and visits your mom and dad made to Victoria, traveling with the kids on a silver air stream trailer. I can definitely say that our Aunt Lucy loved all her children, especially her eldest child and only son- Bobby. Lisa, Eli , Lisa and family, our deepest, deepest condolences to you all.
Our love and prayers are with all of you. We love you dearly.
