Blake Xavier Williams,16, unexpectedly passed away in Tampa Florida on the morning of Thursday the 26th of December 2019 with an estimated time of 1:47 A.M. Blake was a special kid. Not perfect but loved. He loved being with his friends. He fell in with the wrong crowd when he was mixing drugs and alcohol on the night of his passing. It is with great sadness to say my son has passed .
