86 years old passed on July 8th at Lafayette manor survived by his wife Georgetta lowry, his son pastor Blair j lowry and his wife Rose Marie lowry his grandchildren Raven lowry, Blair lowry jr , Kent jepasani, Kervie Valenzuela.
