Binh (Billy) La, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025. Billy was a kind and gentle soul who always put others before himself. He was a selfless man who dedicated his life to helping others and making people laugh.

Billy was born on June 3, 1972, to the late An H and Sau T La. He has three siblings, and he learned the importance of family and helping others from an early age.

In 1998, Billy met the love of his life, Katie, and they were married in 2014. Their marriage was a true partnership, filled with love, and laughter. Billy was a devoted and loving husband to Katie, always putting her needs first and cherishing their time together. He was her best friend, her confidant, and her biggest supporter. He made her laugh every day, even when times were tough. Their bond was an inspiration to all who knew them. Billy often expressed how happy he was to have Katie in his life, and he made sure she knew how much he loved her every single day. Billy loved and devoted himself to Katie's son, Royce Troy, as his own son, welcoming Royce into into his heart and family.

Billy was a kind and compassionate man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was always ready to help in any way he can for his friends and family.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, An H and Sau T La. He is survived by his wife, Katie; his stepson, Royce; daughter-in-law Wendy; and his grandchild, Clyde.
