Billy Ray Wingo, was born in Texas but spent his younger days as a teen working on a ranch in the Colorado mountains. He married Jacqueline Schwaninger and was a dedicated husband and father of four children, Steve, Debra, Robin, and Moreen then had seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He enjoyed riding horses and hunting throughout his life. When he retired from General Motors as a truck driver he kept the hobby of selling antiques with wife Jackie. Bill had a big heart, will be loved and missed forever, never forgotten.
