I knew Billy for about 40 years. Billy had a tough life growing up his mother passed when he was about 7 years old so he grew up without her. The Happiest I ever seen Billy was the day he married Norma and the day his children were born. He didnt always do what he should have but he did have a good heart and was a hard worker. Hopefully you finally with your momma and all that turmoil is gone. Love ya Billy and may you RIP

Uncle Billy was always great to us. I remember for my 14 birthday he showed up and brought me a big birthday cookie. He always stayed in touch with us. Always called me his baby girl. We might not of seen each other much but always made sure we knew he loved us. We will miss you uncle Billy and will always love you. Xoxoxxoxo
