One of the sweetest cousins a girl could ask for.  You were always ready for a good laugh and some rocking music. Billy your spirit was so kind and gentle. I have no idea where to start. You and my nana may not have been by blood, but you were always my family. I remember me and kaelea coming over everyday after school to see you and nana. You guys were our bestfriends. The older I get I realize the pain never lessens when losing someone you love you were there for us our whole lives, and now I know you and nana are both looking down on the whole family.
