It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Billy Taylor, who passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2024 in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Billy was born on March 11, 1998 in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Around the age of 7 Billy moved to Florida with his parents and little sister. Billy lived a vibrant and fulfilling life, leaving us far too soon at the age of 26.
Billy was a proud graduate of DeLand High School, completing his education there in 2016. After high school he moved to Saint Petersburg, FL where he went on to further his studies at USF St Petersburg and received his Associates of Arts degree in 2019. Billy is survived by his mother, Debbie Ingling, father, Bill Taylor, sister, Haley Taylor, step sister- Jaylynn, step brother- Jeffrey, daughter-Anastasia,  step-father Jeff Ingling, step-mother, Rhoda Taylor, grandmother, Sheila Taylor, and grandfather, Will Taylor. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Art Wilsey and grandmother, Jean Spencer. A Celebration of Life will be held in Billy’s honor on September 21, 2024, from 4-8 PM in DeLand, FL at the Sanborn Center. All those who were touched by Billy’s dynamic personality and kind heart are invited to gather, share cherished memories, and honor the precious life of this remarkable individual who is deeply missed. May Billy's soul find tranquility, and may his memory live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.
