Billy Dale Rousseau Jr., born January 19, 1956, completed his earthly journey on August 15, 2023, at the age of 67. Billy was a dedicated father, Jai Jai, brother, friend, and uncle.

He was born to Billy Dale and Eleanor Marie Rousseau in Saginaw, Michigan. Billy spent several dedicated years working for Saginaw Township, and retired to Cape Coral, Florida in 2012. Billy loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends. He also had a passion for anything outdoors – fishing, planting fruit trees in his backyard, the beach, hunting. He enjoyed cooking and cheering on the New York Yankees and the Michigan Wolverines. He particularly loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving Billy are two children, Jamie (Joe) Petro and David Rousseau. He was a proud Jai Jai to five grandchildren, Emery Lake (10), Peyton Eleanor (7), Noah Joseph (5), David Oliver (2), and Ashton James (9 months). Five siblings, Patrick Rousseau, David (Mary) Rousseau, Dennis (Bo) (Kim) Rousseau, Susan (the late Brian Ulicki) Ulicki, Janice (Mike) Volk. And several nieces and nephews.

Billy is predeceased by his parents, Billy Dale and Eleanor Rousseau and a brother-in-law, Brian Ulicki.

The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to Billy’s dear friend Chris Green, who has been by his side and an unwavering support system for him.

A celebration of life will be planned for November in Billy’s hometown of Saginaw.
