Billy Dale Rousseau Jr., born January 19, 1956, completed his earthly journey on August 15, 2023, at the age of 67. Billy was a dedicated father, Jai Jai, brother, friend, and uncle.
He was born to Billy Dale and Eleanor Marie Rousseau in Saginaw, Michigan. Billy spent several dedicated years working for Saginaw Township, and retired to Cape Coral, Florida in 2012. Billy loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends. He …
