We never were around Billy for long periods at a time, but the times we were around him we learned one thing, he was a super funny guy! He was the kind of guy that keeps everyone laughing and uplifts your spirits. If you were down, you wouldn’t be after spending time with Billy! He was a genuinely good man and the world was a better place by having him in it!

At the country club by my house where Billy proposed. They came straight to my house to tell me and show me the ring. They were ecstatic and so much in love! I was so happy for them! Finally Christine had the man of her dreams
