Billy Neal Wilson, 40, of Wheatland, California died on a Wednesday evening, August 18, 2021 at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.
Born in Mount Pleasant, Texas on May 17, 1981, Billy is the firstborn son of his parents, Cary Wilson and Sandra Jackson.
Billy moved with his parents to California in early Spring, right before he turned 6 years old and remained a California resident until his death.
