Billy Morrell Mixon, Jr., age 72, of Helen, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
Mr. Mixon was born on September 4, 1952, in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Billy Mixon, Sr. and Syble Moody Mixon. Billy’s passion in life was coaching youth sports. He was known to so many young athletes as “Coach” and later in life this love transitioned to cheering on his grandsons play ball. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was …
