Billy Joe Miller, 82, passed away at his home on Monday, February 17, 2020. Cremation services were provided by The Cremation Society of Virginia. There will be no services per his wishes. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard Miller and Carrie Kilgore Miller; his wife of 37 years Nancy Carol Mullins Miller; and his son Billy Kent Miller.
