BILLY MCDONNELL Billy J. McDonnell, 46, a cabdriver, of Las Vegas, passed away Feb. 17, 2008. He was born Oct. 23, 1961, in Reno, and resided in Las Vegas for 37 years. Billy was artistic, loved animals and had a big heart. Billy is survived by his mother, Patricia R. Coley and husband, Scott Coley; his sister, Alyce McDonnell and husband, Jacob Goren; sister, Cathy Dunn; brother, Roger McDonnell and wife, Rebecca McDonnell; step-brothers, Lance and Kenny Coley; and grandmother Ruth Holloway. Services were privately held with family.
