Billy was predeceased by his Mom-Bonnie Cole, & Nephew-David Merritt Jr. He is survived by his Sister-JoAnn Whitaker, Niece-Tiffany Merritt, Step-Dad- Tommy Cole, & MANY MANY loving friends in the area in which he lived!
