Billy Austin Harber, 76, of North, S.C., passed away at his home on September 27th, 2024.
Born on July 30th, 1948, in Maury City, Tennessee, the youngest son of the late Beulah Esther (Riddick) and Percy Roosevelt Harber, he was raised in Brownsville, before graduating from Overton High School in Memphis, where he played football and basketball. Billy was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of Corporal. He attended …
