Springfield Oregon — It is with great sadness that the family of Billy Don Hopkins announces he passed away of age related causes on March 17, 2026 at the age of 78.
A private memorial service was held by his family in Florence Oregon on April 5, 2026. Billy was born January 19, 1948 in Los Angeles California to Jacob and Elsie Hopkins. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two sisters. He …
