It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Billy Cozens, who departed this world on March 8, 2025. Born in 1970, Billy was a cherished figure, whose life was characterized by his love for family and service to community.

He leaves behind his beloved children, Jessica Cozens, Elizabeth Cozens, Christopher Cozens, Danielle Cozens, Gabrielle Cozens, Natalie Lippold, Nathaniel Ramos, Ethan Ramos and his beloved wife Melissa Cozens who embodied his spirit of perseverance and kindness. His abiding love for his family is a testament to his unwavering dedication as a father and husband.

We remember Billy not only for his accomplishments but for the joy he brought to those around him. His memory lives on, etched in the hearts of his loved ones, whose lives he touched and enriched.
