Billie Sue Fennell, 69, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2026, due to sudden cardiac death.
Billie was a devoted wife, loving mother and aunt, and a dedicated friend to many. She spent much of her working life serving others, including her time as a manager at Chevron Gas Station and later finishing her career with Kroger. Through her work and daily life, she built lasting connections with those around her.
