Billie Sue Fennell, 69, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2026, due to sudden cardiac death.

Billie was a devoted wife, loving mother and aunt, and a dedicated friend to many. She spent much of her working life serving others, including her time as a manager at Chevron Gas Station and later finishing her career with Kroger. Through her work and daily life, she built lasting connections with those around her.

She will be remembered for her generally happy spirit and the joy she brought into any room. Billie loved being around others and had a natural ability to make people feel welcome and cared for. She was always eager to lend a helping hand, never hesitating to support friends and family.

Billie was also known for her strength and determination. Stubborn at times, but she faced life with a strong will and a caring heart. As a mother and aunt, she was deeply devoted, offering guidance, love, and support that will be cherished forever.

Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched through her kindness, laughter, and love.
