Background
Bill first got involved with incarcerated populations during his time as a Sociology grad student and he continued to be involved for much of his adult life. Bill spent the majority of his Sundays as a chaplain in detention centers and prisons, and had many stories about the transformational encounters he had with incarcerated youth and adults.
