It is with great sadness that we inform you that Bill (68), passed away peacefully on October 3rd, 2022 at the Labrador West Health Centre. Left to mourn their loss and be comforted by his memory are his devoted wife of 50 years, Sadie Chatman, Corey Chatman (Sharon), Shawn Chatman (Kelly), Greg Rogers (Mary), Corey Whalen (Chloe), Steven Chatman, Megan Murphy (Blake), Brody Chatman, Tyler Rogers, Benjamin and William Whalen.

Siblings- Garfield Chatman (Judy), Bernard Chatman, Everett Chatman (Linda), Terry Chatman (Ruby)

Bill will also be greatly missed by much-loved in-laws, extended family and friends.

He will always be remembered for the love and devotion he had for his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers as an expression of sympathy donations can be made to St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Labrador City.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Penney's Funeral Home and will take place on Friday, October 7th at 3:00pm at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Labrador City, NL. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 6th from 7:00-9:00 at Penney’s Funeral Home.

We would like to thank the Doctors on his care team and the nurses and staff at the Labrador West Health Centre.
