Bill Middleton "Billy" Archer, age 87, passed away on September 24, 2025, in Milton, Florida. Born on June 26, 1938, in Alabama, Billy lived a long and meaningful life grounded in family, hard work, and the quiet joys of everyday living.
He was the beloved son of Hilton James Archer and Rosie Lee Archer. From a young age, Billy embraced the values of dedication and perseverance. He spent his early years working alongside his father on the farm, where he learned the rhythms of the land and the rewards of honest labor. Fishing with his brothers was another treasured part of his youth—moments that nurtured a lifelong appreciation for nature and companionship.
Billy shared many devoted years with his wife, Josephine Archer. Their life together was marked by love and shared experiences that helped shape their family's foundation. After her passing, her memory remained close to his heart.
Animals held a special place in Billy’s life. He found great comfort in the company of his dogs over the years—loyal companions who brought him joy and reflected his gentle spirit.
