On February 4, 2021, Bilal Jibreel Muhammed died in his Stockbridge, Georgia home of natural causes. The world lost an Eclectic Soul. He was born to Annie Davis and Andrew James Ellerbe in 1965 in North Carolina. He served in the Navy for 4 years. Jibreel was a multidimensional man who mentored, ministered and lit up the hearts of everyone who knew him. He was a word smith, poet, musician who spoke many languages. The language he mastered the most was the language of the soul. He had a way of loving people where they were, but entirely as they are. He was the man that helped honor good men because he was one. He shared his talent, his pain, his circle, his possessions, his success, his darkness and his light. A powerful human being like no other. He was the true hero in all of our lives. Jibreel is survived by 5 children Mustafa, Raven, Marcus, Asad, Salladin, his grandchildren, Sincere, Messiah, Genesis, Aaron, Trinity, Alani, King, Marley, Blu, Malachi, and Legend, his brother Charles, his sisters Sanya, & Zobie, his God Family Petrona, Yona, Stevie Baggs, Adrienne, Lucia, and so many mentees and friends who loved him deeply and will forever miss him.
