Bianca Cacciatore, age 33, passed away on November 26, 2024, after a courageous five-month battle with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). A two-time cancer survivor, Bianca was a shining example of resilience, grace, and unyielding strength, having triumphed over previous battles with cancer. Despite the odds, she faced each challenge with unparalleled determination and hope, inspiring everyone who had the privilege to know her.
Bianca was many things to many people—a devoted wife, a cherished daughter, a beloved sister, an adoring aunt, and a treasured friend. She had a rare gift for making others feel special; she didn’t just enter a room—she filled it with warmth, light, and love. Whether you knew her for a lifetime or just a fleeting moment, Bianca left you better for it—feeling seen, valued, and inspired.
Her kindness and compassion were matched only by her strength and resolve. She was a force of nature, embodying the essence of grace and grit. Bianca’s impact extended far beyond her immediate circle, touching the hearts of all who crossed her path. She was a beacon of hope, a source of encouragement, and a reminder of the beauty of human connection.
Bianca’s legacy will live on through the Bianca Cacciatore Legacy Foundation, a foundation established in her honor to advance research and treatments to defeat AML and other life-threatening cancers. Bianca is survived by her loving husband, Anthony; her parents, Pompeo and Marisa Manzo, her sibling, Rosanna Cervone, her brother-in-law John Cervone, and her nephews, Johnny and Matteo; and countless friends who were like family. Her life was a testament to the power of love, resilience, and unwavering faith.
Bianca’s family invites all who knew and loved her to celebrate her extraordinary life in the Grand Ballroom of the Oak Park Country Club in River Grove, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bianca Cacciatore Legacy Foundation, ensuring her light continues to shine in the fight against cancer.
