Born Betty Christine Watkins in Christie, Oklahoma, youngest of 8. She had 5 children, 10 grandchildren and 19 great grand children. She had a spunky outlook on life and was adored by many. It was rare to see Betty without a smile on her face. She worked for many years at Winco in Nampa where she would hand out Demo’s to all the customers.
