My prayers go out to all that will miss her and feel the emptiness she has left. I have a few fond memories of my grandmother mostly from being a kid, she took me to get my ears pierced...I remember her wearing corduroy reddish brown pants and I remember the swishing sound. As an Adult I tried to make her day by sending her a trinket or candy through the mail for 14 days in Feb. She had no clue it was me. As she got more sick, one visit she looked at me and asked who was I, I said "its me grandma", she proceeded to then ask "How old are you?" I told her my age and she remembered my name. I wish I had the warm bonding experience with her as some of my cousins were blessed to have had. I was there for her final breath and as sad as that was, I was relieved that dhe wasn't going to be suffering anymore, she is in good hands with the Lord and those that passed before her. 💔😥
