I will always remember her as being crazy, funny and always laughing. I mean, who irons their clothes while they're wearing them? That's just how funny she was 😂. I can't believe she's gone. We just saw her 2 days before she left us. I wish I would have talked to her more. We're going to miss her sooo much. We'll see you soon Winston and Luanne. ❤️

I am sad for the loss of Betty from this world, she had a very full life and a lot of people that loved her and continue to love her. That is a wonderful legacy to have. She would not want any of us to be sad, but to keep the love we had for her alive and to pass it on to our loved ones left behind. I'm sure she is feeling so much love where she is and pray that one day I will see her on the other side

Betty Lou, my cousin, has always been a sweetheart. She's 10 years older and I considered her to be wise, spunky, and a fun-loving person. She was the first person to let me wear lipstick, my shero! We lived far apart all our lives, so it was a delight anytime we got together. The last visit I had was when she and Winston welcomed me into their lovely home while I was on a business trip. Her big smile and infectious laughter are what I remember most, from early years forward. I send my love and condolences to all the family. Winston and Luann, I love you and know this loss is great.

I will always remember the first time Betty welcomed us into her home. From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt like best friends. That day was filled with laughter, good conversation, and sense of belonging that only she could create.
It wasn’t just her home she opened to us- it was her heart, that memory will stay with me, a reminder of generosity, her love and the joy she brought to those around her.
