Betty Charlene Combs, 82, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at her home in Wanamaker, Indiana, surrounded by family and her devoted husband of 46 years, Robert “Bob” F. Ruth, age 84.
She was born Betty Charlene Richardson on May 18, 1942, in Indianapolis to Irene and LC Richardson. She was the fourth of eight children and the first to be born in Indiana.
