Betsey (Howell) Rowe, born October 2, 1942, with great heartache for her loved ones, passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Her spirit was released while surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Gini, at her home in Rockford, IL.
